I used I-TASSER for the first time, it sounds great as it's supposed to outperform other approaches, which I plan to check on the systems that I'm working on. But in my project I need to use a specific template for each query sequence and although I specified a template with alignment in option #1 on the I-TASSER server, the resulting models seem all to be based on 10 threaded templates.
How can I build models based on just one, not ten, template (homology modeling) with I-TASSER?
