I have already specified -EC true -GO true -LBS true at the time runI-TASSER.pl is executed. I did not see any predict files in my output folder Do I have to have GOParser in order to see the EC/GO/LBS predictions in my output folder? If so, where do I go to download GOParser? What files would I expect to see in the output folder for all the EC/GO/LBS predictions? Any idea on how to get the EC/GO/LBS predictions when running I-Tasser3.0 as a standalone?
