When I run I-TASSER3.0, I have captured the following output. What happened to 2.2? Was it supposed to run PSSpred? I have installed the latest blast (2.2.26) and the nr libraries inside ITLIB/nr. I did not see any error message from the standard output. It seems like 2.2 was skipped. Is this intended?
