I am trying to run a standalone I-TASSER3.0 on my local server. I have set LBS, EC and GO as true, but COFACTOR TM-SITE and S-SITE have all failed. My out_COACH_model1 contains the following:
COFACTOR LBS prediction fails
TM-SITE fails
S-SITE fails
COACH exit, pleach check
COACH done
Do you know what could have gone wrong? What is the best way to debug these errors?
