I recently downloaded the Experimental structures for the Training set (400 proteins, 908 bound ligands) from your site http://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/COACH/benchmark/
And when I looked at the PDB chains I realised that if there are more than one chain, then A is not necessarily selected. For example, 1fd2 uses chain C.
I am very interested in how you go about deciding on the chain to select?
