Does LOMETS run to completion in the standalone I-TASSER?

LOMETS (Local Meta-Threading-Server) is an on-line web service for protein structure prediction. It generates 3D models by collecting high-scoring target-to-template alignments from 9 locally-installed threading programs (FFAS, HHsearch, MUSTER, PPA, PRC, PROSPECT2, SAM-T02, SP3, and SPARKS). I understand that I don't have all the threading programs listed above in the downloaded standalone version of I-TASSER.

The output of LOMETS includes:
The best 10 threading models selected from 160 models by the confidence score
Top 10 target-template alignments of individual threading servers
Prediction of spatial C-alpha and side-chain contact and distance map
Full-length models built by MODELLER guided by consensus restraints

The standalone I-TASSER does have runLOMETS.pl. In the standalone version that was bundled with I-TASSER3.0, is the LOMETS package incomplete since the standalone version has no MODELLER? What would I expect as the output of LOMETS in the standalone version?
