Are templates return by I-TASSER exist in PDB database? Yes or No.
If Yes,
In first attempt a job was run to model the protein, top ten templates returned by I-TASSER, six template was the chain A & B of same template. When I checked the template in PDB database only chain B of protein has crystal structure. Chain A does not has any entry in PDB, neither has sequence in uniprot nor in other sequence databases.
In second attempt again I run the same job but exclude specific template protein(chainA)( that does not exist in PDB database). This chain again returned in top ten templates as was in first attempt(time difference was more than 30 days between both job). When ChainA is clicked in the templates directed to ChainB in PDB. Where from this protein chainA coming in templates when does not has any existence?

Where is this chainA stored in warehouse was not accessible to me?
Why and how I-TASSER returning the excluded protein chain in the templates?
