about predicting intrinsically disordered protein

I have submitted a manuscript about predcting the protein structure of MAPT(microtubule associated protein tau) through I-TASSER. A reviewer raised a question that I couldn't answer. Would you please help me answer it? The question is as follow:
Computer modeling for tau structure is illogical. It is a classic example of an intrinsically disordered protein, as demonstrated by numerous assays over the years. I have no doubt that a computer program can generate a structure but it will not have anything to do with reality.
