Hi,
I am having issues with properly installing BindProfX.
1. I have biopython installed properly according to the command in the BindProfX readme file
2. I have downloaded FoldX4 and installed it along with the rotabase.txt file in the FoldX directory (FoldX4 works fine by itself)
3. get_final_scores.py runs without any errors (whether I use the foldx or ialign force_field)
4. The data_dir directory has all the appropriate files created, but the result.txt file is empty. Also, no score is reported in the index.html.
5. The same result is attained when using the 1A22.pdb file in bin/XbindProfX/demo directory along with the mutList, or when I use my own files that produced results on the BindProfX server.
Any help would be appreciated.
