From the readme in file2html, it sounds like PyMOL is optional. We don't have it, but would like to run file2html.py.
1) Is PyMOL a requirement to get the index file and tarball generated?
When I run file2html.py without giving it the location of the PyMOL executable, I get an error because it can't find lscore.txt in my data directory.
2) Is this related to not having PyMOL, or is it caused by something else?
