I took the sequences of two of the isotypes of my protein which had to be dimerised. I got this error message:
"An error has occured for target S0142A-S0142B
TACOS JOB Failed for target S0142A-S0142B
LOMETS JOB Failed for Chain 1
LOMETS JOB Failed for Chain 2
Please report to zhanglabs web forum.
For Developer:When error resolved delete user email addresss file and rerun TACOS"
