I am trying to upload a txt file with secondary structures to the server. I get the following error:
You have specified secondary structure. But there are errors (see below). Please fix it and resubmit your job:
E22 is not a residue of your sequence
I get the above error for all residues and there are hundreds of them.
I believe I have format right as specified in the explanation section.
secondary structures are in an excel file. I saved them as a txt and made sure there is a space between each value.
here is an example, this is directly from txt file:
22 E C
23 H C
24 C C
30 T C
31 G C
32 P C
33 Y S
34 K S
35 I S
36 K C
37 N C
38 L C
39 D C
40 I C
is there a correct way to convert excel to a correct txt file?
