I have done a sequencing and found human DMD gene has a single amino acid polymorphism in four positions. I wanna know how this mutation will affect the protein structure and function. Especially the single amino acid position is located on surface or embbeded deeply. Can you just tell me which programme in your lab will be best used for this purpose? Thanks!
