Hello all,
I've been running an I-TASSER job for our protein, ID# S358890, and started the job on 10/26/17. When I checked the progress on 11/1/17, it had indicated that there was an estimated 5 hours remaining. Checking this morning, and it still indicates 5 hours remaining. Another person from our lab had input an I-TASSER sequence as well at around the same time, and they have a similar indication of multiple hours remaining both today and late last week. Is I-TASSER experiencing processing issues, or is the protein structure itself causing errors with the prediction algorithms?
