I have question regarding how to use the BindProfX input.
I tested for the single point mutation in interface. I gave the input in the mutList.txt in three different ways and found the three different result. Could you please confirm which the correct way for my purpose from the followings?
1. mutList.txt
AD5V;
AD5T;
MD6V;
2. mutList.txt
AD5V;
3.
AD5T;AD5V;
