dear EvoDesign team,
I have question regarding how to use the EvoDesign input?
I noticed that we have to use coordinates in the 'protein design' problem as input but I can not use coordinates as input in EvoDesign web server.
As I saw in your website you use PDB file as input file for EvoDesign but in PDB file we have both structure and sequence information whereas we can not use sequence information as input for 'protein design'.
I will wait for your kind response anxiouly.
