Hi, this post is regarding the job CH044448.
The results showed GTX as the most representative ligand. However I am interested in the ligand GSH. When I take a look at the Mult complex there are a lot of possible orientations for this ligand in the binding site. How do I choose the best one for further analysis? Is there a score or some information in the results provided that can help me make a decision?
