Hi Would you please let me know how to go about using i-tasser to predict the structure/function of the same protein by a group of about 20 students? Each student would have to use the results to interpret the data and perhaps re-submit predicted fragments (domains). Would they be able to submit the sequence without an error because already in the pipeline?
