I used the I-TASSER server and standalone on my computer to run for the same job, but it gives out different output as the attachment.
Also the blue E and H in the standalone screenshot are they meant to be S?
I am using ubuntu 16.04 and I-TASSER 5.1 standalone package. I have all the library downloaded by using the download_lib.pl. The screenshots are generated using file2html.py. I am thinking maybe it is my machine or OS that caused the glitch or bugs? thanks.
