I submit a job for STRUM calculation on last Friday (https://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/STRUM/output/SM102165/), but still not finished. Similar jobs have been submitted, which usually finished in reasonable time (~4 hrs). Would you please help me diagnose what causes the stuck?
