I submitted some PDB structures to IonCom, trying to identify binding sites for metal ions. The jobs were submitted 5-6 days ago, and still show the message "job is running". I would like to know how long it will take the predictions ???
Also, do we have any support materials for the stand alone IonCom package ??? Including installation, guides, or similar instructions.
