dear REMO team,
I have question regarding how to use REMO for create heavy model atom?
I mean the two examples of inputs that you prepared it in REMO package, included full atom information but for designing proteins, we don't have full atom information and we just have the coordinates of backbone atoms.
So I want to know how we can use REMO for EvoDesign project.
