I've submitted a STRUM job on Monday the 14th of May (https://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/STRUM/output/SM102578/) which has yet to finish, whereas similar previous jobs of mine usually finished in less than a day.
From checking the status of other jobs, a few jobs before mine are still running (e.g., SM102575, SM102576, SM102577), whereas other jobs much later than mine (e.g., SM102608, SM102609, SM102611) are done. Could it be that some jobs are stuck?
Thanks in advance for looking into this and apologies for submitting so many jobs. As the systematic mode of STRUM isn't available for running locally, my only option is to submit all those jobs to the server.
