I use the script runLOMETs.pl to threading, I have installed java 1.8.0.170 version, and I designated the dictionary of Java when I run the script runLOMETS.pl, such as:
./runLOMETS.pl -libdir /home/yk/work/database/ITLIB -seqname ex -datadir /home/yk/work/paper/I-TASSER/ex -java_home /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.7.0-openjdk-amd64.
Now, the program stops at the wMUSTER step, where java throws a file not found error. Is the file supposed to be generated at a previous step? if so which one?
