I have question regarding how to use E(evolution).
As you know, in the formula of the E(evolution), actually we consider 4 parameters: M(p,a), the differences of (SA,SS,torsion angles). But I think there is a problem. Because fr all three parameters: SS,SA,torsion angles, we calculated the difference, but for M(p,a), as you know, it's about "similarity", So how we can consider these parameters together.
