i submitted a protein sequence to I-TASSER keeping the job private. But due to some problem with the internet i was unable to check my mail for around 5 days but later when i checked my mail i didn't found any mail regarding the result of my job. So, i tried submitting the same sequence again but it didn't get accepted but i got the ID of the previous job. So i search for it and found the result but it is key protected. But the problem is i don't have the key to get access to the result. so, please do tell me how do i get the access to the result of my submitted job (job id: S411331).
