hello
i got a problem in validating the protein structure. i used ThreaDomEx for domain prediction then i-tasser for designing the protein structure (domainwise) then reindexed and finally assembled the domains. after completing all these i used procheck for validation but the result says 5 errors 2 warning out of 9 evaluation done and it needed to be investigated further. so, i want to know if there is anything missing or wrong in the steps and how do i know that the structure is ok or it needed further investigation. is there anything i can do to refine the structure further or is it ok as it is? thanks.
