We installed stand-alone I-TASSER to our workstation. We want to run COACH only for a given ligand-target pair but I could not see any input parameter for the ligand molecule. I think COACH checks all the ligands in the library. Is it possible to get a stand-alone version of COACH that can do binding site prediction and molecular docking only for a given ligand-target pair?
