In the result, there are many information such as predicted secondary structure, predicted solvent accessibility，predicted normalized B-factor
and so on. And some information from the final model such as secondary structure are different from the secondary part " predicted secondary structure" in result. In the discussion board， I saw that "The secondary structure predictions that you see are sequence based predictions". So if I try to model base the sequence, which inforamtion I should choose?
