My STRUM job (https://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/STRUM/output/SM103572/) appears to be stuck. It was submitted on Sunday and has yet to finish, while other similar jobs of mine usually take less than a day. Also, other STRUM jobs which were submitted much later have finished.
Thanks in advance for looking into this! If everything goes according to plan, I plan to keep submitting STRUM jobs for the next 1-2 months only, after which the dataset for my analysis will be complete. :)
