We are trying re-produce some of the previously submitted sequences. However QUARK is not accepting none of them or new ones similar to those sequences anymore.
Previously we submitted sequences with 48-50 residues and 20-100 residues.
Why is QUARK not accepting these jobs anymore - the inconsistency? Do you know why we are seeing this error?
We would like to use the QUARK server just as we used for the previous work, which is a larger part of a thesis and publication.
ERROR! Failed to process sequence.
More than 60% of sequence is low complexity region (colored in red).
