I am trying to download the sequence alignment between my query sequence and the sequence of the top model predicted by iTasser. Under the Top 10 threading templates used by I-TASSER, there is an option to 'Download Align.' However, when I download that file, I obtain a pd. file with the structural information, not the sequence alignment.
How do I obtain the sequence alignment between my query sequence and the top hit?
