I refined the model obtained after C-quark prediction. While trying to validate the model by Ramachandran Plot the original Quark model shows 85.9 %residues in favoured and allowed regions and the refined model shows 96.6% residues in favoured and allowed regions . Should I consider the Modrefiner model obtained or the original c-quark model obtained?
