I saw you do protein-protein interaction studies. I would like to know if you could help me with what I am trying to study. I have a bacteria expressing my protein of interest which has the ability to bind human factor h and confers serum resistance. And for that reason I have various mutants of my protein. So in my invitro studies I do see my control not conferring serum resistance compared to my wild type and some of the mutants conferring less serum resistance. So I would like to do an insilico analysis to understand whats the binding domain of my protein to factor H. I am attaching my protein sequence.
