I submitted a job to Edock on March 18th. When I go to the link for tracking job status

Looks like the job has finished though I haven't received any e-mail saying that the job has finished.
When I try to submit a new job I get the following message
Warning! There is already one pending job submitted from
zafer.aydin@agu.edu.tr
Please wait until the job has been finished before submitting another.
However my last job has finished. I will appreciate if you let me know the status of my job and resolve the issue. Thanks.
