I ran stand-alone version of Edock (prepare.py script) but received the following error messages
/bin/sh: 1: reindex_pdb.py: not found
Error while processing pdb:receptor.pdb:
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'receptor.pdb'
I realized that the program removes the receptor.pdb from the subfolder under examples directory but then tries to access it. The code was stuck and was not producing anything after running 13 hours but looks like not all outputs are produced. Attached you can find the data folder and SLURM output. I will appreciate if you can help.
