I am attempting to set up I-TASSER on an Ubuntu computer using manually downloaded library files (the computer I am using does not have internet access). Unfortunately I am having issues, as it is clear that simple downloading and extracting the library files into /home/user/ITLIB is not enough.
I think this because:
1. I am receiving the error that I don't have all the library files after doing so (and identifying that folder is -libdir)
2. If I extract some of the files directly into the ITLIB folder, they would overwrite each other (particularly the TM-Site and S-SITE files).
As a result of number 2, I am almost certain that folder architecture is the issue.
Is there a way to find out the correct folder architecture for the library files within ITLIB?
I'd appreciate any help!
(I am brand new to Linux so forgive my ignorance if this is obvious)
