Multiple temperatures?

Is it possible to calculate the change in change of Gibbs Free Energy between two mutation states at multiple temperatures? I have a candidate polymorphism in which genotypes display different thermal tolerances when raised at high body temperatures, but not at 25C. I would like to calculate the change in Gibbs free energy between mutations at increasing temperatures (25C, 30C, 35C, and 40C) to test the hypothesis that the ddG becomes increasingly negative between the two genotypes as temperature increases.
