I rant ITASSER 5.0 standalone version to mode one protein *600 amini acids). I would like to know template which was used to model the protein.
According to posts here I came to know that that init.dat file consists information. But I am facing difficulty to extract top 10 templates can body help me with the command to extract this information in ubuntu.
