Please, I wonder if you can help me with these two questions:
1. What are the criteria used by I-TASSER to consider that the REMC simulation is converged so that it is interrupted before the time limit that was set?
2. Is there a minimum simulation time required to guarantee the predicted high correlation between C-SCORE and the quality level of the model? Will C-SCORE reflect low sampling if I set too short time limit for REMC simulations (-hours 2, for example)?
I really appreciate any comment about that.
