I'm looking to perform about 10,000 runs of i-tasser on the various alleles of my protein of interest. I would like to push the job to either AWS or CoLab clouds servers. Unfortunately, installing i-tasser on the cloud requires moving all the supporting files. The way to avoid this is by creating an image that can be loaded directly and efficiently. Has anyone made an image, AWI, or docker of i-tasser to run in these environments?
