While running I-TASSER2.0 with an I-TASSER library downloaded on 2012-10-11, I receive the following exception:
Exception in thread "main" java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/usr/local/bioinf/I-TASSER/stride/2lj8A.stride.7state (No such file or directory)
Upon inspection, 75 entries in the PDB directory are missing files in the stride directory (see below). The timestamp on the PDB/list file is 2012-10-09. The 75 missing entries belong to PDB records that were first released on 2012-10-10. There appears to be a synchronization problem for library items derived from new PDB records. Are there any thoughts regarding the cause of the problem in the library deployment system?
