I have found I-TASSER to be quite useful and recently tried using the QUARK ab initio server. However, I have been unable to submit a job - I keep getting a message stating that there are already too many jobs in the QUARK queue and that I should try again in a few hours. I've tried resubmitting 2-3 times per day over the past four days without any luck.
Is the server offline or currently working on calculations for the lab? If not, any idea as to when I might want to try resubmitting my sequence?
