Third Party Programs and Databases for I-TASSER Suite

This page provids the links to download the programs and databases which were developed by the third-party groups and needed for running the I-TASSER Suite. It is user's obligation to obtain necessary license and/or permission from the individual developers before using them.

GO::Parser for COFACTOR based gene ontology (GO) prediction. This Perl module is NOT included in the I-TASSER Suite. Users must install this module for their Perl interpreter if they need to predict GO terms.

Non-redundant (nr) sequence database. A default version of this database has been included in the I-TASSER suite library. Users has the option to download the updated version from original developer and install it at $libdir/nr.

PSI-BLAST. A default version (2.2.26) for PSI-BLAST from the legacy blast suite has been included in the I-TASSER Suite at $pkgdir/blast. As of 2016, NCBI has ceased development of legacy blast. I-TASSER suite is NOT compatible with blast+. Thus, the blast version included in current I-TASSER suite is already the latest version supported by I-TASSER suite.
