Hi I was wondering if anyone knows what the different colours in the 3D models produced code for, I have used I-TASSER three times and have 3 different structures of related proteins. All the models produced seem to have the same colouring in similar regions, e.g at a alpha helix the colour is always either red, blue or yellow. I dont know whether the same colour represents similarites between the protein structures or whether it is a default colour and even dissimillar models share similarities in their colouring. If any could guide me to some page on the I-TASSER website that provides this information or if anyone could help in anyway that would be great. thanks
