Hi I just wanted to know in my proteins what do the different structures produced represent, for example in my protein I have three beta sheets, but im not sure whether i have 3 seperate beta sheets or just one anti-parallel beta sheet consisting of three adjacent segemnts which run in opposite directions. Is there any information that you can give me on identifying what an I-TASSER alpha helix looks like, or what structure is representative of a coil. Is there any kind of key table that tells you what each of the structures produced by I-TASSER are representive of.
