I have used the I-TASSER server for predicting the secondary structure of the protein I am working on. But we a hunch that the protein takes a drastically different structure in the presence of calcium ion. My doubt is how to submit cofactors also along with the protein primary sequence to I-TASSER so that we get a more accurate idea of protein secondary structure
