I'm learning and studying Protein–ligand binding site recognition. I need the software of TMalign , and I downloaded the TMalign from the web server
(http://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/TM-align/),but it runs on 64 bit Ubuntu systems,but my Operating System is Ubuntu10.04 i686.Then,I found a web server(http://zhang.bioinformatics.ku.edu/TMalign_32.gz),but the link cannot be opened.So,how can I solve this problem?
