I am trying to run CO-FACTOR on predicted i-TASSER models. I get the following error message:

All the library files were read. Starting COFACTOR predictions at 0.015
There is something wrong in between the query PDB file and sequence file. 392 != 0
ending time: Sat Aug 2 00:26:25 EST 2014
Any suggestions on what the reason for error could be?
