Hi, I'm working on an enzyme which has low homology with PDB structures. So, I changed maximum number of monte carlo simulations in runI-TASSER.pl file. How much does the number of monte carlo simulations can be increased? One, I have read somwhere that maximum number is 50. Is that right or can I increase it?
